If you are not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return.  Please refer to our Return Policy below:

ELIGIBILITY:

• Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery date.
• Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. 
• Customized and Personalized Orders will be issued an Electronic Gift Card via email.
• Gift Receipts will be issued an Electronic Gift Card via email.
• Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

RETURN PROCESS:

STEP 1:  Email knotheadzreturns@outlook.com, to begin a Return Request. Please include Required Information listed below.  

STEP 2:  We will email you a Return Request, including instructions for completing return.

STEP 3:  After return is received and inspected, we will email you a Return Request Confirmation.

STEP 4:  Upon Approval of the Return Request, a refund will be processed immediately and issued on the original method of payment.

*Please allow up to ten business days for refund to post.

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

• Reason for the Return Request (damaged, wrong product, etc.).
• All returns must include an Order Number or Gift Receipt.
• Although not required, please keep the original Shipping Receipt to include with the return if possible. 

SHIPPING:

• Customer is responsible for any shipping fees related to returns.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Changes to This Policy:

KnotHeadz holds the right to change our Return & Refund Policy at any time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
